Akuma- Devils of Ash

The Akuma, the Hell Spawn, the Devils, these harbingers hold a single legend within their midst as the tale of their origin, long before the Sage of Six Paths, there were gods, and one birthed the Akuma. Though his name has been lost through out the years and years of retelling, the legend says the god walked forth from the depths of a volcano that constantly erupted and filled the sky with black ash and flame. At the foot of this volcano was a single village that would make sacrifices to the god to escape his wrath while the ash made their soil fertile. These sacrifices were in the form of their young ravish women. The god would take them for himself sating his lust with them before letting them return to their village when they could walk again. Quickly afterward the women found themselves pregnant with the god's children and when they were born they showed signs of the god's power.

These demi-gods quickly populated the village as time went on and by the time the god left and the volcano became dormant they were the sole members of the village as time and breeding weeded out those who weren't of the god's blood. As the time of the Sage came to be, the clan, now dubbing themselves 'Akuma', took up Katon with ease though it was the only one of the elements they could use. With the onset of ninjutsu many of the clan became curious and spread out, taking their blood to cover the rest of the world in ash. Now many of the new younger members are delinquents while the elder members help villages and other organizations with subterfuge and bombings.

The Akuma are a truly unique Kekkai Genkai as they carry an ability that only one other bloodline limit can emulate, the Hozuki. Though as fate would dictate the Akuma often take versions of the Hozuki arsenal for their own use in their own way. An Akuma has the ability to transform their whole body into a mass of smoke ash and flame then use it to avoid incoming damage or for a variety of other uses, though one thing all their base techniques have in common is the application is a grandiose over the top name.

2. Akuma may only have the Katon (Fire) release.

MASTERY
[ul-Tier One – Vesuvius Ain' Got Nothin on Me: Due to an Akuma's rather 'explosive' nature, they have become very liberal and knowledgeable about how to make their ash and fire just that much bigger. By making the ash and flames that much more concentrated and unstable they are able to double both the explosive range and force of their attacks. (meaning if a technique had the force of 2 tags it would now be 4, likewise a blast range of 2 meters would increase to 4)


]-Tier Two – Volcanic Prodigy: Named devils after both their temperament and fire-play, the Akuma have become adept and powerful in their chosen method of practice. However more then that, they have learned to conserve and strike with a purpose rather then the blind rage of a devil. Through this focus the chakra cost required to perform all Akuma and Katon based jutsu are reduced by a single tier.


-Tier Three – Hell Incarnate: The Akuma's ability to turn themselves into a construct of nothing more then flame, ash, and smoke is no doubt a pinnacle in the world of fire users. However, even this is limited to a certain period of time. And while they have not found a way to completely remove the need to turn themselves back into their human forms, there are a few masterful shinobi within the Akuma that have extended the number of times they are capable of executing this fabled ability.

A Master Akuma of this level have effectively doubled the amount of turns they can turn their body into smoke, as well as the number of times they can convert a single appendage into smoke (This means the user will be able to convert their entire body into smoke a total of ten times per thread, and a limb up to twenty times per thread). This also gives the Akuma the ability to instantly perform Kaijin upon contact with an attack that would otherwise prove fatal for the cost of performing it 4 times.

[/b] This technique is a prerequisite for ALL other Akuma techniques. The user may change their entire body into smoke and ash a maximum of five times per thread. However, the user may convert any appendage into smoke a total of ten times per thread. Due to being able to transform themselves into smoke at any point in time, though converting two limbs at once counts as two uses, all Akuma are practically invulnerable to non-elemental physical strikes, however they are extremely susceptible to Suiton. This is due to their body becoming soaked with moisture and then becoming unable to separate or else they would just turn to a pile of black sludge.

These bolts of ash are capable of detonating with the strength of 3 Explosive Tags each and a blast radius of 3 meters each. Also only one can be controlled mentally to swerve and correct its course if need be, manipulating more then one requires one or both of the user's hands to guide as well.

[/b] The user must know “Haiiro Kaosu Bakuhatsu (Ashen Chaos Blast)” to learn this technique. This beast of ash is capable of detonating with the strength of 15 Explosive Tags while boasting a moderately large size of 2 meters in length, 2 feet width, and a 3 meter wing span. As one of the strongest techniques of Haiton, the dragon can be held together for up to 5 turns, is immune to Katon and also requires a single strike from Suiton or Fuuton to dispatch it.

The user has to keep eye contact with the spot or structure they want to destroy for 1 full turn, if contact breaks for even a single second the technique is lost, though the chakra is only expended upon detonation and if the detonation is successful the user must wait 5 turns before being able to perform this technique again.

The sphere created for this technique is capable of taking up 2 S rank attacks, anything less is ineffective, before breaking and causing a 15 meter radius explosion with the force of 15 Explosive Tags. The sphere takes approximately 2 turns to completely fill with ash then break open. The blast wave of ash spreads out 30 meters in every direction while the ash holds the strength of 50 Explosive Tags.

[/b] This beast is huge, to the say the least, at 20 meters long not including its tail, 7 meters wide, with a 40 meter wingspan. While in this state the Akuma can cost any Katon or Akuma techniques B-rank and lower for no cost and they are far greater in size, roughly 2 times bigger.
