The Rikudou Clan is a very special, exclusive bloodline that is rarely found within the blood of shinobi across the world. The Rikudou Sennin, or Sage of the Sixth Paths, is said to be the father of each and every technique known to the world: the origins of Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu at large. It is said that the Rikudou Sennin was capable of birthing these metaphysical phenomenon via his eyes, which like his prowess, are said to be the forefather of all currently known dojutsu: the Rinnegan. As the rumors go, the Rinnegan gives its bearer the ability to manipulate all of the five basic elements. Likewise, it also gives the user access to incredibly unique elements (like Gravity), and even says that it gives them the ability to control the aspects of life and death, itself. The true scope of this dojutsu's power is still fairly shrouded in mystery; however, one thing remains uncontested: this eye's ability is fearsome and more powerful than anything even seen before it.

Restrictions

[/b] The Rinnegan kekkei genkai is only available to Ninjutsu Classes.

2. The Rinnegan is an extremely rare occurrence, and is said only to appear once every handful of generations. With that said, it's highly unlikely that there will ever be more than one pair active at a time.

Obtaining the Rinnegan will be exclusive from case to case, either by tournament rewards or very thorough, extensive quests to where the participant learns to unlock their dormant Rikudou genes. And though this should be obvious, I will state it: the Rinnegan is not available for ninja already possessing a Kekkei Genkai.

3. Being as how the Paths of the Rinnegan are all connected to the user, the chakra derived for the technique(s) are drained from the user (or the "Host"). Considering this, it should be noted that "paths" are immune to chakra draining.

[/b] Unlike most dojutsu techniques, the Rinnegan does not require any chakra to activate or sustain. Furthermore, once unlocked, these eyes remain activate at all time.

[/b] This ability is more or less just creating pairs of Rinnegan and reanimating the bodies through which chakra can be channeled. This technique allows corpses to be reanimated and put to use, no matter how severe or weathered they might be. Even bodies that have been buried for considerable amounts of time can be rejuvenated to prime conditions, so long as there is something to rejuvenate (a skeleton does not count).

Lost appendages and the like may be reattached and healed; however, these lost limbs cannot simply be regrown during this process. Each "realm" is capable of possessing one ability of the Rinnegan, for a total of six bodies (excluding the user's). This technique requires three posts to complete, and cannot be used while in combat. Furthermore, each body successfully given the Rinnegan increase the user's chakra reserves by one massive.

While these reanimated bodies do not possess the same chakra pools they did while alive, they are reanimated sharing the user's pool. Essentially, this means the bodies are using the user's chakra. Should he or she be unable to viably lend chakra, they will simply function as additional bodies that are able to attack and defend at their operator's behest.

[/b] By using large chakra rods (created by the Rinnegan wielder at any time, using this technique, for a "Mid" worth of chakra), the user can implant them into both themselves and their realms (similar to Pain and Nagato in the series) to dramatically increase the range the bodies can be away from the host. The maximum distance, however, is roughly twenty kilometers. When used offensively, these can be thrust into a target to disrupt their chakra and completely null their ability to perform any type of Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.

Tendou (Deva Path)

[/b] This technique can be separated into two phases: Shinra Tensei and Banshou Ten'in.

[/b]: This technique allows the user to repel objects at a Close (0m ~ 5m) proximity away from their body with a great, tremendous force for a High worth of chakra. This force is easily capable of breaking bones in close quarters (anything within five feet), and launch objects away a maximum of five meters. However, for a cost of two massives worth of chakra, the user is able to an even more powerful push, launching objects away a maximum of one hundred and fifty meters.

Banshou Ten'in (Heavenly Attraction of All of Creation): This technique allows the user to attract objects at a Close (0m ~ 5m) or Mid (5m ~ 10m) proximity with a great, tremendous force for a High worth of chakra. It is the counterpart to Shinra Tensei, and is arguably weaker in terms of strength. The victim of the technique can anchor themselves to something to counteract the force, however, for an additional High the user can overwhelm the anchor and continue with the pull.

Both Shinra Tensei and Banshou Ten'in share the same five post cooldown duration, in which neither ability can be used.

Chibaku Tensei (Heavenly Body Bursting from the Earth)

[/b] This technique takes three posts to charge, after the handseals have been performed, if it is used by a Realm instead of the user (the charge time is removed when used by the host). Likewise, this technique takes five posts for the sphere to be completed to its maximum size (equivalent to that of the sphere Pain used to trap Naruto in the series). Furthermore, if used by a realm, the realm using this technique must be within half a kilometer away from the host.

It should also be noted that this technique can only be used by the Host, or the realm implanted with the Deva Path abilities.

Chikushoudou (Animal Path)

[/b] While this technique does not implant the Rinnegan into traditional summons, the user is capable of creating an unlimited amount of miscellaneous summons that possess the Rinnegan. These creatures can only be summoned by the Rinnegan user, and when they die (the user or summon) are lost forever.

All summons possess their own summoning cost. However, this technique allows the user to summon any number of additional realms for a simple cost of one High.

Shuradou (Asura Path)

[/b] When used by either a realm or the host, the user only has access to one transformation per post, until all have been revealed and unlocked (see image). These are:

[/u]: The user can instantly create any amount of the two additional pairs of arms, which are anchored at the shoulder. Each arm has a single modification (type them here).

Chakra Canon: With the body modifications of the Asura Path, the user can open parts of their body to reveal a cannon that fires a massive blast of chakra with explosive power strong enough to devastate an entire area. This can be from places such as the mouth (like techniques such as bijuu dama), or from one of the augmented arms of the Asura's path. Each blast requires one High worth of chakra, and is can be accurately fired up to a maximum of ten meters away and is one three meters wide.

Two Additional Faces: The user is capable of creating two faces, one on each side of the user's head, both of which have Rinnegan eyes. This only further increase's the user's field of vision, as well as increases the angles of which the host and the other realms can see.

Blade Tail: This is a folded, serrated blade-like sash around the user's waist. The tail is roughly three meters long, and can be controlled by the user as they see fit, used as another appendage to anchor themselves to a surface or to assist in eliminating their target(s).

Projectile Fist: With an explosion of chakra, the user is capable of ejecting one fist from their person at truly terrifying speeds; a thin layer of chakra protects the fist from whatever objects it might encounter. When connecting with the desired target, the a large portion of chakra used to propel it funnels out and through the knuckles, creating a potent explosion equivalent to roughly five explosive notes. After impact, the fist will then fly back and reattach itself to the user's wrist.

Flaming Arrow Missiles: The user can detach their hand from their arm, at the wrist, revealing a long tendril coated in multiple (20) missiles. These projectiles can be scatter-fired across a twenty-meter area, creating multiple explosions equivalent to three explosive notes (each).

Chakra Propulsion: This simply allows the user to move themselves with faster than average speeds, by producing a constantly explosion of chakra along the soles of their feet (Mid per post). With this, the user is capable of moving at x2 the speed of your average shinobi. This constant burst requires a Low increment of chakra per post.

[/b] This technique requires a full post to complete (the soul extraction), and should the user remove their hand before it can be finished, only the information will be harvested from the victim. It should also be noted that once the user makes contact, they can continue to remove the user's chakra so long as they remain within one meter of the target (even if they are no longer grabbing them).

[/b] For interrogating, the user will need to find some way of restraining their target or immobilizing them. Otherwise, they may be able to form a viable escape. For the rejuvenation of a deceased, the process takes a total of five posts to complete. This only works on those who have been killed in the same thread that this technique is used, otherwise the user will be unable to harvest their soul and implant them back into the desired body.

[/b] The mass resurrection ability of this technique requires one Massive worth of chakra, and five posts in total to complete. The chakra chains, however, require simply a High per chain. Summoning the Gedou Mazou requires a 2x Massive worth of chakra. Accessing the spectral dragon then requires another Massive worth of chakra to generate. It should be noted that the mass resurrection technique absorbs 10% of the user's life-force, and thusly can only be performed ten times before the user will die.
