Soushi- Diabolical Twins

Not much is known about the true origins behind the unique clan referred to commonly as 'The Twins'. Soushi, or 'Binary Union' is just that - a unique kekkei genkai able to create one person out of two. With a single body acting as the dominate host, clan members usually have their ''twin" dormant sprouted out on their back, half their body hanging lose and without life. However, this is just a farce, for the 'twin' can come alive at any time, and is in fact actively conscious within the host's psyche at all times. This is what makes them unique and special - their ability to morph in and out of each other's bodies on a whim, making them able to lay on their opponents many surprises otherwise unexpected.

Some say they were created from a freak experiment. Others say they were creations of dead conjoined twins, come back to assist their blood in their next life. Regardless of origin however, their function has quickly become clear. They are feared for their skill, and even more for the unknown nature of their talent. No doubt, they will be setting their prints during the creation of the new world.

2. The twins share the same chakra pool while combined, and when split, cut the collective pool in half (1 massive, thusly making it x2 High when split). The twins also share a mental link, and can communicate telepathically.

3. It should be noted that when conjoined, twins cannot perform jutsu at the same time.

4. Although twins have their own chakra when separate and type, they are still one entity, meaning they still share the same jutsu.

MASTERY

[/b][/u]: After rigorous training, the Soushi twins have increased the maximum distance they can be away from each other by an additional twenty-five meters.


-Tier Two – What’s Mine is Yours: The Soushi twins have increased their chakra reserves while separated (by 1 high). Furthermore, due to their unique link, the twins can transfer their chakra between each other to facilitate more powerful jutsu while separated (this does not require a physical connection, simply that the twins be within their maximum range of each other).


-Tier Three – Sacrifice: Traditionally, if one twin were to die, the other would as well due to the unique link between them. However, the Soushi twins of this level have eliminated that one weakness. Rather than die with their injured twin, the remaining twin will simply carry on - at a cost. Their chakra reserve will be permanently damage, resulting in an x2 High loss (the chakra split within the twin).

[/b] The moment the twins go beyond a fifty meter distance from each other, they will instantly die. There are no exceptions (unless increased via the tier one mastery).

Kisei Kikai (Parasitic Ghost Destruction)

[/b] The destructive process of this technique is not immediate. Once the user has infected the victim’s body, it will take five full posts of being connected in order for the victim to die via conventional means of having their cells and chakra pathway destroyed. Each turn, the target takes substantially more damage (20% reduction to all attributes) until they succumb to death.

At any point, the victim may choose to commit suicide and kill both them and the Soushi twin that has infected them.

It should be noted that if the Soushi twin is forcibly ejected from the body (by whatever means), the progressive damage will cease. The damage caused by their presence is not permanent, and will only last for the remaining duration of the fight. It can be healed, in that thread, by a medic.
