The Puppet Corps, or Sentai no Kugutsu, is a special group of puppeteers banded together under the banner of a master puppeteer and strategist. He sought to bring puppeteers together regardless of village or clan under their own creed as inventors and artists. This new creed grew to encompass many puppeteers from villages regions and clans spread far out among the ninja world growing within its hidden organization. Bonds cultivated and grown within the organization has spread out from its humble beginning in the Land of Rivers reaching out to touch every corner of the world.

Jigoku no Kugutsu, or Puppet's Hell, serves as the Puppet Corps' base of operations though it has humble beginnings. Deep within the Forests of Kawa no Kuni, the puppeteer created the beginnings of a small puppet tinker house. Nothing more than cozy looking tea hut in a secluded grove of the massive trees that make The Land of Rivers famous. Though over time as others came to his cause he used his knowledge of puppetry to expand his small tinker shop slowly burrowing down into the very earth to expand his work shop for both him and his fellow puppeteers. Now, while the outside appearance is just that of a tiny little tea hut, the floor itself acts like an elevator to descend into the massive network of caves and forges built to harbor and continue the creation and breeding of more puppeteers.


Requirements

[/b][/font] This Organization must be joined IC and has search roll of 10/100. The searcher must also possess the Kugutsu Technique and have been in possession of a puppet for at least 2 weeks Real Time.

2. One must have 5 puppets in order to benefit from the Corps' first two perks.

[/b][/font] First and foremost as a member of the Puppet Corps, the member will gain access to the parts and toys exclusive to the organization as well as obtaining a 50% reduction in price on all puppets and full price sale back. (Note that all parts and jutsu within this thread are Puppet Corps exclusive)

2. Any interaction within the Corps will be done on neutral ground where no one will persecute anyone else based on political basis or any other reason. If this occurs the offender will be banished from the organization.

3. Those of the Corps have the esteemed ability of hands free puppetry due to their arduous training and the strings now come directly from their hearts.

[/b] Allows the use of any inanimate object (includes dead bodies) to be controlled by chakra strings at the same cost as the Kugutsu Technique. The user must make contact with an object to place a string on it. The cost of controlling a willing being is double and is triple for an unwilling being. However these strings can still be broken by the usual means and if a living being that is connected to the strings exerts a huge force of chakra, such as the Eight Gates or Jinchuuriki Cloak, the strings will break.

[/b] The first stage of the seal is Nothing more than a marker to symbolize Kai's own brand logo for the puppets he creates. It features a wyvern-like dragon wreathed in plates and edges much like they are fashioned from steel with typical diamond cut jewels set into various places around its body, namely; the forehead, wings, knees, and chest.

Stage 1:Keeping the same motif as Stage 0 the Stage 1 seal undergoes minor changes in that the open areas of the jewels scattered about the dragon's body will now glow a crimson red for as long as the puppet exists marking it's doctrine to the "Puppet Master's Order".[/blockquote]
Note: While Stage 0 does nothing more than symbolize a logo. Stage 1 is the true seal at work, when the Seal is first activated on the puppet the jewels will shift red and nothing more will happen, afterwards any time the seal is activated chakra will flow into the puppets bringing them under the user's control. This seal may only ever be placed on up to 10 puppets at a time and the only way to remove an activated seal is if the puppet has been eradicated and that activated seal no longer exists. The maximum range the controlled puppets may move from the user is 40 meters.

Sairai no Jiryu (Second Coming of The Cursed Dragon)

[/b] The abominable puppet, no matter how many puppets create it, will always take 10 strings to control and will cost the equivalent of 4 puppets at once. All puppets meant to combine must be on the battlefield when activated and cannot be within a sealing scroll. The strength of this construct is equal to half of the amount of puppets used to create it, for example x2 strength if made of four puppets. The durability of this creation is stacked among the durability of all the puppets apart of it. All puppets used must be marked with the Stage 1 version of the Fuuin no Jiryu. The size of the beast will stack with the number of puppets being combined together starting at 3 meters long, 1 meter body length, and 4 meter wingspan; and a max of 30 meters long, 10 meter body width, and 40 meter wingspan when made of all 10 puppets.

Special: These scrolls simply override the restriction of sealing puppets 1 per scroll and instead allow the user to seal up to 5 puppets in a single scroll. However the scroll must still be of equal rank to the puppets within, no higher no lower, and cannot store ANY other kind of items.
Description: Due to the massive amounts of puppets most puppeteers have at their disposal they have created specialized sealing scrolls so that they can store them more efficiently. These scrolls enable multiple sealings as well as multiple summonings from one puppet to five at once.

Thousand Summoned Arms

Special: Consumes a certain amount of slots depending on attachment quality (rank). The part's ability to deal and take damage is equivalent to it's rank. This weapon cannot be modified has a set amount of sub-slots, however they may only be filled with D-rank “Launcher”-type parts, also these Launchers may not be used until the limbs have come to a halt, not during pursuit. All limbs are capable of being summoned and resealed back into the original limb for a Mid of chakra each. This part can only be attached to a LIMB not a head and this part only effects one limb per part bought.

[/ul]Description: Like Thousand Weapon Arm, it is only named such for the sheer amount of common usage but can be used with any limb the puppeteer wishes. The Summoned limb part is designed as a single limb that will open to show panels with summoning symbols scrawled on them and they in turn will summon the massive flood of extra appendages at great speed and that can be controlled by the user to follow the enemy. Like the TWA, the summoned arms cannot have any other kind of weapon included in the base arm, however differing from the TWA, the SUMMONED arms may have small low-key launchers within them to catch the enemy off guard however these can only be used once the arms have stopped and not while in pursuit. This part also serves as one of the few detachable parts, this is a fail safe in case the puppet doesnt have time to recall and seal the limbs back into the scrawl.

Chakra Rejection Shield

Special: This part takes up [10] slots and requires a 3 turn recharge period after the barrier has been broken by a powerful technique (This will be handled on a case by case basis).
Description: This shield holds the capability of being able to completely reject the passage of chakra,excluding chakra strings of course. By use of a special polarized chakra generator, the puppet can emit a spherical barrier around itself roughly a foot from its surface which will not let chakra pass through it, of course it can only take so much excess chakra before needing to recharge.

Hell Cannon

Type: Puppet Launcher / Ranged
Special: Consumes a certain amount of slots and travels a certain distance depending on attachment quality (rank). Gas Tank (75 Uses) included in cannon design. One of the few cannons that can be re-filled relatively easily by the puppet owner. Burst is equivalent to a single jutsu use, and gas pressure levels depend on cannon's rank. Rank determines the amount of bursts that can be used per turn; surpassing that number forces the cannon to burst and thus become unusable for the rest of the battle/thread.

The gas associated with this cannon is a highly hallucinogenic inhalant and will cause a genjutsu-like effect on those effected. The hallucination that the target will undergo is extremely similar to an “LSD trip” making the eyes highly sensitive to light, like other forms of genjutsu; pain or the “Kai” technique may potentially free the target assuming they aren't still within the fog. Like other air/particle based techniques, the fog can be blown away by a Fuuton technique comprised of gusts, slicing attacks won't effect ti.

Power Cannon

Type: Puppet Launcher / Ranged
Special: Consumes a certain amount of slots and chakra, and also travels a certain distance depending on attachment quality (rank). Perhaps the only cannon that does not need to be re-filled by the puppet owner. Burst is equivalent to a single jutsu use, and pressure levels depend on cannon's rank. Rank determines the amount of bursts that can be used per turn; surpassing that number forces the cannon to burst and thus become unusable for the rest of the battle/thread.

The shots delivered by this weapon, though made of chakra, act as a spiraling grenade of sorts; they will spin to improve their accuracy and to slightly burn their target due to friction before detonating with the force of an Explosive Tag. This particular cannon draws on the users actual chakra to supplement its shots (1 Low per shot/2 per beam) and thus does not require a 'fuel' system but the cannon itself is still susceptible to concussive damage from the force of its own shots. NOTE: If a user utilizes a beam shot while they only have one burst left it will result in a beam that lasts half as long as a normal one, this acts as a warning to the user that the cannon is about to break if used once more.

Designed to be fired with others from a Battery, it will open after being in the air for three seconds and rain down its payload. The height along with the rotation serve to spread the senbon over a wide area.

The heft of the metal will help it complete its journey once launched and carry it back down to its target where the explosives may wreak their havoc and destroy their target.

Freeze Modifier

Special: Consumes a certain amount of slots depending on attachment quality (rank). These mods can be active for an amount of turns equal to the amount of slots the mod takes up but requires a 2 turn recharge period, if used for more turns than it is capable the mod will break and must be replaced. The size and strength of the mass of ice created by this mod is dependent on the rank of the part.

[/ul]Description: The Freeze Modifier, like most other mods is capable of linking through all weapon systems on a puppet and enhancing them with its ability, in this case, the power to freeze. When contact is made with a weapon that is enhanced the freezing cold that is set onto it will spread quickly and propagate along a set distance of the afflicted area creating hunks of restricting ice.

Force Modifier

Special: Consumes a certain amount of slots depending on attachment quality (rank). The pressure's ability to deal damage and distance it can travel is equivalent to it's rank. These mods can be active for an amount of turns equal to the amount of slots the mod takes up but requires a 2 turn recharge period, if used for more turns than it is capable the mod will break and must be replaced. Also unlike the other 'Modifier' puppet parts, rather then spreading to all weapon systems on the puppet, the Force Modifier will only apply to the single weapon it is applied to.

[/ul]Description: This Modifier works by drastically increasing the force at which the puppet strikes and thus they will produce an incredibly fast wave of pressure off the weapon capable of traveling a fair distance to extend their range of attack. Naturally the pressure wave will match the weapon the Mod is on, such as a blade will produce a pressure cutter, while a piston or a fist will produce a wave of crushing force. This Mod was designed for the more tai or physical based puppets so they could match the distance of longer range puppets.

Tachyon Fortifier

Special: Consumes a certain amount of slots depending on attachment quality (rank). The enhancing effect is equivalent to this parts rank and enhances strength, durability, and the ability of the parts present on the puppet.

Description: Named for a mythical form of energy, the Tachyon Fortifier vastly increases the output of all puppet gears and attachments equipped. The Fortifier works by drawing in air from around the puppet to energize the signals going through the puppet while also increasing the amount of energy the parts of the puppet are able to take and deal out.

Combination System

Special: This part consumes [15] slots. This system allows two or more puppets that are designated for each other to combine into a more efficient puppet for whatever the creator needs. However combined puppets require as many strings to control as the number of puppets that comprise its bulk, a combined puppet of 3 original puppets requires three strings to control. All puppets in the combination must have the Combination System part. The speed at which the combination occurs is as follows. Two puppets would combine near-instantly, three would take 1/3 of a post, four would take 2/3, and five would take a full post. Only a maximum of 5 puppets may be combined.
Description: For those puppeteers with new ideas and the innovative ingenuity to bring them to life, the creation of the Combination System was set forward so that creative puppeteers may throw their puppets together. The benefits from this combination could be enhanced speed or even armor though one cannot simply throw together any number of puppets to create some huge monstrous puppet, puppets that combine together must be designated to one another to ensure the strength and maneuver ability of the structure. All puppets meant to combine must be specified and each puppet must contain the Combination System, one may create a puppet with a combination system unspecified until the desired 'other' is created at which time the new puppet may be designated.
