Harijutsu- Hair Arts

Harijutsu is a unique branch of Universal Ninjutsu that allows the wielder to grow out their hair and utilize it for multiple purposes. This ability while somewhat unseemly has a great variety of use and ability ranging form defense to ranged attacks and even hand to hand combat. Typically learned for its simple and quick method of attack as some don't even need to grow their hair to use it, though their appearance is often seen as unruly.

Restrictions

[/b][/font] Harijutsu requires the user has shoulder length hair, but is otherwise treated as Universal Ninjutsu.

[/b] Both the cloak and spikes can protect against and pierce C-rank and lower constructs respectively. The spikes are capable of reaching 3 meters from the user and are 6 inches thick at the base.

[/b] This technique has a default range of 10 meters but this may be extended by an additional 5 meters for a High of chakra up to a total of 30 meters. The mass of hair is capable of tearing through C-rank defenses. Like other restraining techniques, a burst of chakra similar to the Celestial Gates or a Bijuu Cloak will free the target.

[/b] The needles fired from this technique are capable of covering a 20x20 frontal cone and piercing through C-rank and lower defenses. For an Optional cost of a Massive rather than x2 High, the user may use this without seals.

[/a]. While there is little size difference once the technique has taken place, the abilities of this form are drastically noticeable in the heat of battle.

Note: While in this form the user may passively repel D-rank and lower attacks while B-rank and lower do half damage, the user gains a +200% increase to piercing Strength, and all Harijutsu are sealless. In the case of Kebari Senbon, it will now have a base cost of a Massive but will now be fired in every direction around the user reaching up to 20 meters away. Lastly, while in this form all other forms of ninjutsu besides Harijutsu are inaccessible.
