Eiyu no Mizu - The Hero Water

The Hero Water is a special type of water produced deep beneath the Takigakure Lake's surface in a small crevasse within the roots of the giant tree. Only the Takikage has access to this area, and is the only person able to retrieve the water from it's hiding place. A Shinobi may gain permission to wield such a powerful gift but at a huge cost to their own health and well-being as the Hero water allows the Shinobi to have a ten-fold increase in their chakra for a short period of time (5 rounds only).

However, in exchange for this immense power, the water will decrease the life span of the recipient each time they drink from it as severe amounts of their chakra will be spent once the effects wear off. This water is produced once every one hundred years from the giant tree and is so rare that it is only given out to those whom deem themselves worthy of such a precious gift.

Restrictions

[/b][/font] Must be an active member of Takigakure for at least a month and have over 200 IC RP posts (proper RP too, no training posts).

2. Must gain permission from the current Kage of the village, staff cannot give permission; it must be the current Takikage.

3. User may not give the Hero Water to any other member (even if they are in the same village or is an ally to them) while they are in possession of it. The Hero's Water was given to that member, and that member only. No exceptions.

This means that the user will feel extreme fatigue to the point when they will collapse and sleep for four rounds. Upon waking, the user will not be able to perform any jutsu for another five rounds until their chakra is restored. These effects only last for five rounds.[/ul]
